Job Responsibilities:
In charge of all CRM activities including loyalty programme, database management, customer segmentation, community engagement and member communications/events/activities
Manage all aspects of direct-to-consumer ecommerce promotions in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), content marketing, product management, social media, and other digital publicising channels
Collaborate closely with internal and external business units to manage campaign strategies and set measurable goals that demonstrate improvements in marketing efforts.
Monitor cross-platform performance to achieve KPI and prepare performance reports
Acquiring, cleansing and combining various and disparate data sets from different sources.
Making meaningful correlations and logical insights from data trends.
Cross team collaboration with team members and business stakeholders to understand their business problems and answer those problems with data.
Create analysis and data models proactively, using available data to identify meaningful relationships, patterns, anomalies and trends.
To assist in taking the lead for new product launches and strive to maintain growth on pillar products
Assist in operation and administration (e.g. invoices, code/PO creation, member application)
Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as required
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Comfortable with analysing data with tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and MailChimp.
Willing to learn, goal-oriented, able to work under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and HTML coding is a preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to analyse data and build models in Excel is required.
