Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Senior Marketing Executive to lead marketing initiatives for our spa and wellness brand. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth through strategic marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Maintain and enhance the brand image and positioning.
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms.

Digital Marketing:
Manage social media accounts, content creation, and campaigns.
Oversee email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI.

Promotions & Campaigns:
Plan and execute seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events.
Collaborate with PR agencies, influencers, and partners for campaigns.

Customer Engagement & Retention:
Develop loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance client retention.
Analyze customer feedback and behavior to improve services and offerings.

Reporting & Analytics:
Track marketing KPIs and provide regular reports to management.
Use insights to improve future campaigns and strategies.

Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with operations, sales, and creative teams for seamless campaign execution.
Mentor junior marketing staff and manage external vendors when necessary.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
4–6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in spa, wellness, beauty, or hospitality industry.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and ROI-driven initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of spa and wellness industry trends and target audience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Leadership skills to guide marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally.
Preferred:
Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Familiarity with event planning and PR campaigns.
