About the Role
Vertical Institute is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to lead our brand presence across social media, events, and partnerships. This is a broad, high-ownership role for someone who can think strategically about how VI shows up in market while rolling up their sleeves to execute — from managing our social channels and content calendar to leading events end-to-end and managing our Public Relations agency relationship.
You will work closely with a Marketing Executive who you will provide direction to, and report directly to Digital & Growth Marketing Manager.
What You Will Do
Social Media — Organic & Paid
Own the social media content strategy and calendar across all platforms
Provide content direction covering both organic and paid social direction and ensure brand consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging
Manage end-to-end execution across campaign assets — including emails, event collaterals, landing pages, and marketing materials
Conduct regular social media audits and performance reviews to optimise reach and engagement
Maintain brand consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging across all channels
Develop content that speaks directly to the priorities of HR Managers, CEOs, and SME owners
Events & Community
Plan, manage, and execute events, workshops, and community initiatives across B2C, B2B, and B2Alumni segments
Lead coordination with partners, instructors, alumni, and vendors for smooth event delivery
Develop community-building initiatives with a focus on the Vertical Institute alumni segment
Support Public Relations & partnership communications and co-marketing activations with external organizations
Marketing Assets & Performances
Execute for email campaigns, event collaterals, landing pages, and marketing materials
Ensure all campaign assets are on-brand, deadline-driven, and conversion-focused
Track and report on social media performance and campaign outcomes
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
What We Are Looking For
3–5 years of experience in marketing with strong exposure to social media, events, and brand management
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong written communication skills in English with an eye for detail and brand consistency
Has owned a brand's social media presence end-to-end, including paid social
Experienced in planning and executing events across different audience segments
Analytical mindset — can interpret performance data and translate it into decisions
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables
A collaborative team player who can work across multiple stakeholders
