The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, data-driven marketer to join our team. As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will be the "CEO" of your brand portfolio in Singapore. You won’t just
execute—you will influence how our brands grow across Southeast Asia.
Your Key Responsibilities
Brand Ownership: Lead the end-to-end execution of 360° marketing campaigns (Digital, Social, OOH, and In-store) for the Singapore market.
Regional Collaboration: Adapt global toolkits for local relevance and share "best-in-class" Singapore activations as blueprints for other SEA markets.
NPD Champion: Spearhead New Product Developments (NPD) from concept to shelf, ensuring perfect execution across different channels.
Agency Lead: Brief and manage creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure
ROI-driven results.
360° Integrated Marketing: Design and execute the full marketing mix (Digital, Social, PR, and OOH) for Singapore.
Data & Budget: Own the A&P budget. Use Sales data to track performance and pivot strategies in real-time.
Regional Playbook: Develop the "Go-to-Market" (GTM) strategy and toolkits for regional partners (e.g., Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam) to ensure consistent brand equity.
Channel & Trade Marketing: Partner with Sales to ensure "Perfect Store" execution in stores. Manage POSM production and in-store visibility.
E-commerce Operations: Oversee the end-to-end digital shelf on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop—from SKU listing and creative assets to live-streaming strategy and video posts.
What We Are Looking For:
The Experience: 3–5 years in FMCG marketing. We welcome Senior Marketing Executives who are ready for the next step in their career.
Regional Mindset: Experience (or a strong desire) to work with cross-border teams (e.g., Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand).
The Hustle: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple product launches simultaneously.
Commercial Savvy: You understand that marketing isn't just about "pretty pictures"—it’s about driving sales at various Channels.
Tools: Proficient in Xero Systems/Nielsen data and familiar with digital ad platforms (Meta, TikTok).
