Job Summary
Mentor Media is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to drive strategic and hands-on marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and support business growth across our global supply chain and logistics solutions. The role blends digital and offline marketing, content creation, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to position Mentor Media as a trusted supply chain partner in offering the full suite of end-to-end logistics solutions.
The incumbent plays a key lead role in planning and executing integrated marketing programmes that enhance Mentor Media’s market visibility, generate qualified leads, and support customer retention. The incumbent will act as a generalist marketer with a stronger emphasis on digital channels while also supporting events, sales collateral, and brand communications.
Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute the following social media campaigns, including but not limited to the planning of monthly activities; briefing creatives, scheduling posts, running ads, and monitoring performance across platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities from time to time.
Create, edit, and proofread marketing content such as social posts, EDMs, brochures, web pages, and press releases.
Manage company social media accounts and websites, including content scheduling, basic updates, and performance tracking.
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, leads, sales uplift) and recommend optimisation actions.
Support branding initiatives, ensuring a consistent visual identity and messaging across all touchpoints, including but not limited to POS materials, displays, flyers, and event booths.
Assist in organising events, exhibitions, partnerships, and promotions, including logistics and on-site support where required.
Undertake any other reasonable duties / projects which may be required from time to time.
Competencies
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
Good understanding of digital channels (social media, EDMs) and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, basic CRM).
Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office; basic design skills in Canva/Adobe or similar tools will be an advantage.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in English Language.
