Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive campaign management from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives
• Support and assist in planning and executing brand, retail, and corporate marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Manage and create social media content creation from start to end and provide direction for video/photo shoots
• Coordinate marketing collaterals and in-store promotions with internal teams and vendors
• Explore and manage partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and brand collaborators
• Assist in loyalty program initiatives, CRM communications, and customer engagement activities
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
• Keep updated on market and consumer trends to generate fresh ideas and opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree/ diploma in Marketing/ Advertising or Communication
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience in retail or related industries
• Positive and vibrant personality, with a go-getter attitude to driving impactful campaigns and marketing results
• Strong command of written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly and professionally
• Creative and passionate about marketing, with a proven ability to manage campaigns and social media platforms
• Experience with social media, digital marketing, and content creation tools (eg. Canva, CapCut) will be an advantage
• Curious, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects independently
