Senior Marketing Executive (Japanese Speaking) (Ref: 37411)
Salary: S$4,500 - S$4,900

Our client is a well-established payment FinTech company with operations in Singapore and Japan. They are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Executive.

【 Responsibilities 】
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention
- Plan and manage digital, social media, online, and offline marketing initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for marketing-related activities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
- Support product or services launches, events, and promotional activities
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms
- Implement, manage, and troubleshoot tracking systems to ensure accurate data collection across websites and campaigns
- Collaborate closely with IT and developers to optimize tracking setup, resolve technical issues, and improve website performance.
- Create monthly reports on paid ads campaign performances

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience in any industry
- Proficiency in English and Japanese languages (JLPT N2 level or equivalent), both written and spoken, to conduct business communication and reporting with stakeholders in Japan and to perform content localization for the Japanese market
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and campaign analytics
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate strategy into effective campaigns
- Proficiency in marketing tools GA4, GTM, Google Analytics, XAds, Hootsuite, and Bitly

(Advantageous)
- Marketing experience in the finance or payment industry
- Adobe PS, AI, and HTML skills are an added advantage
