Responsibilities
Plan and manage digital marketing initiatives across social media, website, EDMs and other online channels to drive engagement and footfall.
Create, curate and coordinate content with creative and media agencies, ensuring consistent branding across online and offline platforms.
Track campaign performance and digital analytics, providing insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement and conversion.
Support the planning and execution of mall-wide marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions and shopper activations.
Coordinate marketing materials, timelines and production for campaigns, advertisements and promotional assets.
Assist in promoting and managing advertising and event spaces, including scheduling, coordination of setups and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
Work with tenants and partners on joint marketing initiatives, campaigns and in-mall activities to drive participation and sales.
Support loyalty initiatives, e-voucher programmes and campaign administration, including reporting and post-campaign reviews.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications or promotions, preferably within retail, lifestyle or consumer-focused environments.
Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing channels and social media platforms, with working knowledge of analytics tools and digital advertising.
Organised, creative and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
