Senior / Marketing Executive
Job Description
We’re looking for a highly driven, self-starting individual to be part of our 360° marketing team. In this role, you will be working closely with the Marketing Manager to help amplify our brand presence, engage our community, and drive e-commerce performance—bringing The 1872 Clipper Tea Co. to life across both online and offline touchpoints.
Social Media & Content
- Manage and execute the social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Create engaging content including photography, videography, editing, and copywriting.
- Support influencer/KOL collaborations and community engagements
- Assist in marketing campaign activations and operational initiatives.
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
- Manage and update online store product listings, banners, and content.
- Plan, schedule, and execute e-commerce campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
- Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
- Manage delivery platform listings and promotions (e.g., Grab, Deliveroo).
- Plan, design, and send EDMs/newsletters in collaboration and monitor engagement metrics.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Designer on creative assets for campaigns, social, and e-commerce channels.
- Assist in operational marketing projects, events, and partnership activations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, preferably within F&B or retail.
- Strong content creation skills including photography, videography, and editing is a plus.
- Experience with social media management tools, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Shopify
- Basic knowledge of EDM/CRM Platforms
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content for multiple channels.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
