Senior Marketing Executive

  • Location: Ubi

  • Salary: $3800 - $4500

  • Working Hours: 5 Days | 9am – 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to establish as a preferred choice in the interior design market.

  • Ensure brand messaging and visuals are consistent across all platforms, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Design and execute strategic marketing campaigns aimed at increasing website traffic and improving lead conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives, enhancing the sales pipeline.

Digital Marketing:

  • Expand the company’s digital footprint through effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

  • Manage social media channels to increase engagement and followers, translating into more inquiries and conversions.

  • Analyze digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns, ensuring data-driven decisions lead to improved marketing effectiveness.

Content Creation:

  • Develop and manage content calendars to maintain a consistent flow of engaging content, increasing audience interaction and content sharing.

  • Supervise high-quality photo and video production to enhance brand storytelling and showcase projects effectively.

Events & Public Relations:

  • Organize impactful interior design exhibitions and client events to enhance brand exposure and client satisfaction.

  • Leverage media relations and P-R opportunities to increase media mentions and improve public perception of the brand.

Team & Budget Management:

  • Lead and inspire a marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Efficiently manage the marketing budget to improve marketing ROI, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Brand Awareness:

    • Increase in brand recognition and market positioning efforts.

    • Growth in social media followers and engagement metrics.

    • Improvement in brand sentiment and customer feedback.

  2. Lead Generation and Conversion:

    • Number of new leads generated through marketing campaigns.

    • Conversion rate of leads to sales.

    • Increase in website traffic and time spent on site by visitors.

  3. Digital Marketing Performance:

    • Improvement in SEO rankings and organic search traffic.

    • Performance metrics for SEM campaigns, such as click-through rates (CTR) and cost per acquisition (CPA).

    • Growth in email marketing open rates and click-through rates.

  4. Social Media Engagement:

    • Increase in social media engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments).

    • Number of inquiries and conversions originating from social media channels.

  5. Content Effectiveness:

    • Volume and frequency of content produced (blogs, videos, social posts).

    • Engagement metrics for content, such as shares, comments, and views.

  6. Event and P-R Impact:

    • Attendance and engagement at events and exhibitions.

    • Media mentions and press coverage gained through P-R efforts.

    • Partnerships and collaborations initiated with other brands or influencers.

  7. Team and Budget Management:

    • Achievement of team goals and projects on time and within budget.

    • ROI on marketing spend, demonstrating cost-effectiveness and value for money.

    • Team productivity and morale, measured through feedback and performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing

  • Prefer to have marketing experience in Interior Firm
