Role Summary
We’re looking for a data-driven Senior Marketing Executive to plan and run campaigns that drive qualified
leads, test drives, and showroom footfall across our brands. You’ll own day-to-day campaign execution,
content and landing page performance, marketing operations, and vendor/agency coordination. Candidates
with prior agency experience (account lead/AM/strategist) are highly preferred.
What You’ll Own
Performance & Growth
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, Display) to deliver MQLs/test drive
bookings at target CPL/CAC and ROAS.
• Manage budgets and pacing across brands and models; run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences.
Content & Brand
• Drive the monthly content calendar across social, EDMs, and blog; brief designers and videographers;
ensure brand consistency.
• Write on-brand ad copy and landing page content that converts.
Web & SEO
• Own landing pages: brief builds, wireframe when needed, implement CRO best practices (forms, CTAs,
social proof), coordinate with web/dev.
• Execute on-page SEO basics and monitor rankings/traffic.
CRM & Marketing Ops
• Partner with Sales Ops on Salesforce-driven lead flows, UTMs, and attribution.
• Set up automations/EDMs (nurture, no-show, post-test-drive) and maintain clean tracking (UTM hygiene,
naming conventions).
Events & Launches
• Support model launches, pop-ups, and showroom activations (e.g., Proton e.MAS 7, GAC AION series):
pre-event hype, onsite capture, follow-up funnels.
Analytics & Reporting
• Build weekly dashboards and monthly reviews: leads, CPL, test drive bookings, conversion rates, ROAS,
pipeline contribution.
• Translate insights into next-month action plans.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Coordinate with internal Sales, Insurance, Financing teams; manage agencies and freelancers to timelines
and KPIs.
What You’ll Bring
• 4–7 years of marketing experience; agency background strongly preferred (automotive or performance
accounts a plus).
• Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads/YouTube, GA4, Looker/Data Studio (or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM), marketing automation/EDM tools, and lead routing.
• Strong copywriting for ads/landing pages; comfortable briefing creatives (Canva/Figma basics a plus).
• Solid grasp of CRO/SEO fundamentals and web analytics; adept with spreadsheets.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and vendor management.
• Singapore market familiarity and PDPA awareness.
Nice-to-Have
• Automotive category experience (EV campaigns, showroom funnels).
• Experience with offline-to-online attribution and call tracking.
• Basic HTML no-code tooling (Webflow/WordPress editors).
Tools You’ll Use
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & GA4, Looker/Data Studio, Salesforce (leads/events), email/automation
(e.g., Mailchimp/HubSpot), Canva/Figma, Hotjar/Clarity, data hygiene & UTM templates.
