We are expanding our team and seeking a passionate Fashion Merchandiser Executive who thrives in the fast-paced world of fashion and jewellery. Key Responsibilities

Product & Trend Development

  • Conduct market research and analyse fashion/jewellery trends to support new product development.

  • Work closely with the design team to conceptualise and plan seasonal collections.

Merchandising & Inventory

  • Develop and manage product assortments tailored to different retail channels (online, wholesale, pop-ups, and retail stores).

  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimise stock turnover.

  • Oversee sourcing, usage, and replenishment of packing materials, ensuring consistency with brand image and cost efficiency.

Sales & Performance

  • Prepare weekly and monthly merchandising reports, analysing sales data to drive decision-making.

  • Partner with sales/marketing teams to align product launches with campaigns and promotions.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination

  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and production teams to ensure timely product delivery.

  • Negotiate costs, lead times, and quality standards with vendors.

Visual Merchandising & Brand Alignment

  • Ensure in-store and online product presentation aligns with brand image and seasonal stories.

  • Support pop-up stores, exhibitions, and promotional events with curated displays.


Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, fashion retail, or luxury/jewellery industry (fresh graduates with strong passion are welcome to apply).

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of Shopify or retail systems is an advantage).

  • Experience or interest in sourcing, developing, and managing packing materials is an advantage.

  • Keen eye for detail, trends, and consumer behaviour.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • A proactive, creative, and results-driven team player.
