Job summary:
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Merchandising Operations Executive to support the execution and coordination of merchandising processes for our global fashion e-commerce business within Asia. This role ensures that product data, launches, and inventory flows are accurate, timely, and aligned with commercial goals.
What you will be working on:
• Manage the end-to-end product setup process (SKU creation, attributes, pricing, imagery, campaign price changes) across platforms
• Ensure timely product launches in coordination with buying, planning, marketing, and tech teams
• Maintain accurate product data across internal systems (PIM, ERP, e-commerce CMS)
• Support seasonal calendar management and critical path tracking for merchandising deliverables
• Coordinate with both internal & external cross-functional teams on stock availability and readiness for go-live
• Monitor and resolve issues related to product availability, mis-labelling, or incorrect data
• Assist with reporting and analysis of launch performance and operational KPIs
