The Role
The Senior Operations & E-Commerce Executive oversees the day-to-day operations, logistics, inventory, customer support, and e-commerce platforms of the company. This role ensures smooth coordination between departments, accurate stock management, timely order fulfillment, and high service standards across both B2B and B2C channels.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate between sales, logistics, inventory, and management
Handle operational issues and escalate matters when required
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Inventory Management
Update and maintain accurate inventory records across all systems
Monitor stock levels across warehouse, website and e-commerce platforms
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Coordinate stock replenishment and internal stock movements
Logistics & Delivery Coordination
Plan and arrange daily delivery routes for company driver(s)
Coordinate delivery schedules with customers
Resolve delivery-related issues and customer escalations
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Customer Enquiries & Sales Support
Respond to customer enquiries via email and WhatsApp
Prepare, issue and follow up on quotations
Provide operational support during peak periods
Maintain good customer relationships and service standards
E-Commerce Platform Management
Assist in managing stores on Shopee, Lazada, Shopify and WooCommerce
Monitor orders, pricing, promotions and stock accuracy
Process online orders and resolve order-related issues
Handle customer messages, reviews and disputes on platforms
Website Management & Technical Coordination
Update website pricing, product photos and overall content
Ensure product information and visuals are accurate and up to date
Perform basic checks to identify website or system issues
Liaise with web developers for technical issues or improvements
Product & Order Management
Assist in creating and updating product listings
Support order processing during high-volume periods
Monitor order fulfilment and manage escalations if required
Administrative & Process Improvement
Maintain basic operational and inventory records
Prepare simple reports for management when required
Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Assist with documentation of SOPs and training when needed
Requirements
Experience in operations, e-commerce, retail, or related roles
Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, Shopify or similar platforms
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient in basic computer applications
