Senior Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Logistics Management

• Oversee daily coordination between warehouse, transport and customer service teams

• Ensure smooth operational workflow and service delivery

• Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining strong communication with teams and customers

• Monitor operational performance and maintain service standards

Team Leadership

• Supervise and guide a small operations and administrative team

• Support team members to ensure efficient coordination across departments

• Lead by example and step in to support operations when required

E-commerce Fulfilment Operations

• Coordinate order processing, picking, packing and delivery scheduling

• Support onboarding and operational setup for new fulfilment customers

• Ensure fulfilment timelines and order accuracy are maintained

• Work closely with customers to resolve operational issues

Process Improvement & SOP Development

• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Improve workflow efficiency and operational consistency

• Introduce operational best practices as the company grows

KPI Monitoring & Performance Tracking

• Track key operational KPIs including fulfilment accuracy and delivery timelines

• Ensure teams meet daily and weekly operational targets

• Support management in monitoring operational performance

Compliance & Workplace Safety

• Support company compliance and safety requirements

• Ensure teams follow safety procedures and operational guidelines

• Maintain required compliance and safety documentation

Resource Planning & Cost Control

• Monitor manpower utilisation and overtime

• Ensure efficient use of operational resources

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs

Billing Accuracy & Reporting

• Review operational billing to ensure accuracy against quotations and service rates

• Coordinate with accounts team to resolve billing discrepancies

• Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in logistics or fulfilment operations

• Experience managing warehouse and transport coordination

• Experience working with e-commerce fulfilment operations

• Prior experience leading or supervising a team

• Strong problem solving and coordination skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

• Familiar with WMS, logistics systems, or fulfilment platforms

• Experience with ISO, BizSAFE or WSH compliance is an advantage
