Senior Order Management & Logistics Executive

Our client is a global leader in high-performance and advanced fluid technology solutions, with their regional office based in Singapore. Their APAC hub plays a pivotal role in driving supply chain excellence, supporting diverse markets, and reinforcing their position at the forefront of fluid technology. As the business continues to evolve, they are looking for a Senior Order Management & Logistics Executive to be part of their high-performing team.

This is your chance to own end-to-end order management and logistics operations across APAC, ensuring that customers receive world-class service while contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and international partners, gaining exposure to regional supply chain strategies and cutting-edge tools.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full order-to-delivery process: order entry, back-order handling, claims, shipping documentation, and on-time delivery performance.


• Collaborate across teams and partners: work with internal departments and 3PL providers to proactively resolve delivery issues.


• Leverage technology: manage SAP ECC6/S4 HANA SD transactions and use tools like Power BI, Excel, B2B portals, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to enhance operational efficiency.


• Support financial and performance reporting: maintain accurate records, assist with sales reconciliation, and prepare monthly service performance reports.


• Drive process improvement initiatives: document SOPs, optimize workflows, and contribute to operational excellence across the region.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Ideally 5 years in customer service, logistics, or order management within the Manufacturing industry.


• Knowledge: International shipping, Incoterms, and APAC trade regulations (DG, FTA advantageous).


• Tech-savvy: Proficiency in SAP ECC6/S4 HANA SD & MM, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.


• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with order management systems, payment gateways, or e-commerce.


• People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
