As an Senior Performance Marketer (Retail), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Plan and execute multi-channel paid media campaigns and other emerging platforms.
Handle monthly ad budgets with a focus on performance optimisation, A/B testing, and measurable ROI.
Implement end-to-end tracking using various tools.
Develop and execute automated lead nurturing workflows using CRM tool, integrating that with ad platforms as well as website forms.
Build advanced automations to integrate marketing tools, streamline processes, and ensure real-time lead data synchronization
Monitor campaign performance by analysing lifecycle stages, conversion paths, and revenue impact.
Develop and oversee real-time performance dashboards.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain CRM data integrity, ensure accurate pipeline management, and gather conversion insights.
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators including CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
Deliver weekly and monthly reports to management, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Leverage data analysis to uncover growth opportunities, diagnose performance challenges, and spot emerging market trends.
Collaborate with other creatives to create ads that drive strong conversion rates.
Direct messaging strategies to ensure alignment with target buyer personas, core value propositions, and brand identity.
Regularly experiment with different ad formats, creative hooks, and storytelling techniques across various platforms.
Stay up to date with platform algorithm updates, emerging ad features, and the latest trends in digital marketing.
Test innovative approaches such as AI-powered ad optimisation, dynamic creative variations, and strategies leveraging first-party data.
Identify and suggest new tools or platforms to improve marketing automation as well as campaign performance tracking.
Requirements
Possess Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
Min. 5 years of relevant experience prefer
