The Role
We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to help run and optimise our paid campaigns across all major digital platforms. You'll work alongside the Performance Marketing Manager to launch campaigns, monitor performance, and dig into the numbers to find what's working. This is a great role for someone who's curious, detail-oriented, and wants to grow into a full-stack performance marketer.
What You'll Do
Run campaigns across major platforms: Set up, launch, and monitor paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn.
Daily campaign monitoring: Check performance every morning, flag anomalies, pause underperformers, and surface opportunities to the Manager.
Execute optimisations: Adjust bids, budgets, audiences, and creative based on performance data and team direction.
Support A/B testing: Help plan and launch tests on creative, audiences, and landing pages; document results.
Tracking and QA: Set up UTMs, check pixels and conversion tags, and make sure tracking is clean before campaigns go live.
Reporting: Pull weekly performance reports from GA4, Looker Studio, and platform dashboards; share clear summaries with the team.
Creative coordination: Brief designers and copywriters on ad creative needs and keep the creative pipeline moving.
Stay current: Keep up with platform updates, new ad formats, and what's working in the market.
What You Bring
1–3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns (agency or in-house).
Working knowledge of at least 2–3 of: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads. Willingness to learn the rest quickly.
Familiarity with GA4 and basic tracking concepts (pixels, UTMs, conversions).
