Overview
This role drives Pazzion’s Public Relations and Influencer Marketing initiatives across Singapore and regional markets, strengthening brand visibility, reputation, and engagement through effective media relations, influencer partnerships, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute Public Relations and influencer strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives
Manage media relations, press releases, media kits, and brand announcements
Lead end-to-end influencer and KOL collaborations, including sourcing, briefing, negotiations, deliverables, and performance tracking
Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, agencies, and creators
Support and coordinate media events, product launches, store openings, and brand activations
Monitor media coverage, social sentiment, and campaign performance, and provide insights and reports
Support brand reputation management and communications as required
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields
3–5 years’ experience in Public Relations, influencer marketing, or brand communications (fashion / retail / lifestyle preferred)
Strong media and influencer network with solid writing and communication skills
Able to manage Public Relations and influencer initiatives independently with minimal supervision
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Candidates with stronger experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager role
