About the Team:


We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader for our Regional Operations FP&A team to drive the optimization of key cost KPIs across operations functions and across the region. In this role, you will turn complex data into actionable insights that infl uence operational decisions and drive effi ciency. Beyond performance monitoring and reporting, the team proactively identifi es opportunities for high-impact business improvements, acting as a bridge between local markets and group management to translate business drivers into recommendations for senior leadership.


Job Description:



  • Lead and coach the team to transform complex data into strategic insights, shaping fi nancial reporting, dashboards, and analytics that drive regional operational decisions

  • Spearhead the target submission process across operations functions and markets, ensuring robust cost planning and headcount governance aligned with regional objectives

  • Provide data-driven cost insights and performance narratives to C-level leadership and the Board of Directors, enabling informed strategic decision-making

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs, enhance value creation, and streamline operational processes

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of business trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic planning

  • Partner closely with Operations teams to plan, manage, and control costs while understanding key operational drivers impacting performance

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional and local stakeholders, including functional leaders, process owners, and senior management, to support high-impact decision-making


Requirements:



  • Recognised degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy, or a related fi eld

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategy, fi nancial planning, and analysis, preferably within e-commerce, logistics, consulting, or related industries

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading a small to medium-sized team

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience collaborating across functions and engaging senior and C-level leaders

  • High level of initiative, structured thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
