The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. Job Description:
- Partner closely with regional stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities
- Lead the standardisation of best practices, ensuring effective solutions are systematically documented to support future reference and reuse across markets
- Establish a strong relationship with the country leadership, providing regional guidance grounded
- Conduct operational assessments through regular engagement with on-the-ground teams to develop an understanding of operational pain points
- Translate qualitative feedback and operational insights into structured, actionable recommendations that inform regional decision-making and execution
- Support the rollout and execution of regional initiatives by ensuring alignment, managing sensitivities, and proactively addressing risks and resistance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in regional operations, business development, and marketplace management
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic intent and operational practicality
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders
- High emotional intelligence, with sensitivity to cultural nuances and local operating contexts
- Results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on operational excellence and long-term business impact
- Comfortable with regional travel as required
- Prior experience in e-commerce is a plus
