Responsibilities:

• Oversee and update inventory for online sales platforms, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

• Assist in maintaining updated promotional content, product banners, and pricing across online channels.

• Process online orders and supervise team members involved in order fulfillment to guarantee timely shipping.

• Address customer inquiries and feedback to enhance online customer relationships.

• Collaborate with purchasing teams to replenish inventory based on online sales performance.

• Manage the inventory of stationery and packing supplies.

• Generate performance reports for online sales channels to track progress.

• Participate in routine stocktaking and cycle counts of retail items at different locations.

• Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail environments and eCommerce.

• Self-motivated with an ability to excel in a target-driven setting.
