HAP Global Pte Ltd distributes skincare and wellness products in the B2B2C space, working with resellers, beauty spas, clinics and other wellness establishments. We are a lean, hands-on team focused on reliable operations and strong client service.

Role Overview

You will keep daily operations running smoothly and support our resellers’ sales-related needs. The role centers on operational efficiency, accurate order processing, and timely communication with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

·       Process daily orders from resellers and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada).

·       Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and statements of account; track and follow up on receivables.

·       Be the primary contact for reseller sales/admin requests; respond and resolve within agreed timelines.

·       Coordinate purchasing: liaise with vendors, update stock forecasts, place POs, and book deliveries.

·       Maintain accurate records for orders, payments, and inventory; generate simple weekly reports.

·       Carry out hands-on tasks such as packing and stock counts.

Requirements (Must-haves)

·       Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative, sales support, or coordination roles.

·       Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities independently.

·       Clear written and spoken communication with English and Mandarin speaking customers; professional phone/email etiquette.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

·       Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Business Central or another ERP.

Nice to Have

·       Experience with QuickBooks and Shopify Admin; Shopee/Lazada Seller Center.
