Senior Sales & Marketing Executive ( Automotive | East)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets through effective market-specific strategies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors through regular market visits and account management
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, improve performance, and optimise pricing and marketing strategies
• Manage sales accounts, handle customer enquiries and complaints, and ensure high service standards
• Coordinate order processing, operations, shipping, and payment processes (LC and remittance) to ensure timely delivery
• Plan, execute, and review sales campaigns, area marketing activities, and partnership development initiatives
• Organise and conduct sales training and distributor/end-user education
• Prepare sales and marketing reports and collaborate closely with internal teams to improve allocation ratios and overall business performance

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related discipline.
• Willingness to travel as required.
