Job Description
To enrich the Curaden Singapore team, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee and lead the company’s sales and marketing strategy to drive growth, expand market presence, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with expertise in business development, brand positioning, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share and revenue.
Supervise and coach the sales team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
Monitor sales activities, analyse trends, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare and dentalcare professionals, key customers & partners to drive sales.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Marketing Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to build brand awareness and drive leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content, promotional materials, and digital marketing efforts.
Analyse market trends and customer insights to adapt strategies accordingly.
Coordinate events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, focusing on ROI and campaign outcomes.
Team Leadership and Coordination
Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team of 2, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
Conduct training sessions to enhance the team’s skills in sales techniques, customer engagement, and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with business objectives.
Data and Reporting
Track and analyse key performance metrics for sales and marketing activities.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and market insights.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve processes.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of success in the dental, medical, or healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
Experience in digital trade, e-commerce, or omnichannel sales strategies.
Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and marketing principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in ERP & CRM software and marketing tools
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to achieve company goals.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
