SEO Consultant (Marketing agency, Immediate vacancy)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple SEO campaigns concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and performance against KPIs.

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits, prioritize recommendations, and oversee implementation.

• Collaborate with developers to optimize crawling, indexation, site speed, and site architecture.

• Optimize on-page elements including meta titles, headings, internal linking, schema markup, and content structure.

• Develop data-driven content strategies based on search intent, keyword gaps, and topical authority.

• Prepare detailed content briefs, review drafts, and ensure quality, accuracy, and SEO alignment.

• Monitor and analyze performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and other SEO tools.

• Identify and diagnose ranking fluctuations, algorithm impacts, and traffic volatility; implement corrective action plans.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, clearly linking SEO initiatives to ROI and business outcomes.

• Communicate strategies, insights, and results effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Uphold company quality standards across all deliverables.

• Partner with the technology team to enhance and refine the company’s AI-driven SEO tool.

• Contribute to scalable SOPs and the development of productized SEO frameworks.

Job Requirements:

• Proven agency experience managing multiple SEO accounts simultaneously.

• Strong hands-on technical SEO expertise.

• Solid experience in on-page optimization and content strategy.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct audits, prioritize actions, and execute effectively.

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

• Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.

• Effective stakeholder and client management skills.

• Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and automation (advantageous).
