Role Overview

The SEO / SEM Specialist is responsible for driving website traffic, online visibility, lead generation, and digital campaign performance through effective search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.

This role plays a key part in helping the company grow its digital presence, connect with the right audience, and generate meaningful business results through data-driven and creative marketing approaches. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, highly analytical, performance-driven, and constantly motivated to explore new strategies, trends, and opportunities within the ever-evolving digital landscape.

The individual should possess a strong curiosity for consumer behaviour, search trends, and campaign performance, while continuously striving to improve user engagement, marketing effectiveness, and conversion outcomes across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Optimise website content, landing pages, metadata, and on-page SEO elements to improve search performance.

  • Monitor website indexing, crawlability, technical SEO performance, and overall website health.

  • Plan, execute, and optimise SEM campaigns across Google Ads and other paid search platforms.

  • Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, keyword targeting, and campaign optimisation efforts.

  • Track and analyse campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality.

  • Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve performance.

  • Work closely with content, creative, and marketing teams to develop SEO-friendly and conversion-driven campaigns.

  • Generate regular reports, insights, and recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness.

  • Stay updated on search engine algorithm updates, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in digital marketing performance, user engagement, and lead generation effectiveness.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, AI and digital performance marketing.

  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and website optimisation techniques.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar digital marketing tools.

  • Knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and paid advertising strategies.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and timelines effectively.

  • Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a performance-driven and results-focused mindset.

  • Experience in lead generation, education, or training industry will be advantageous.

  • Basic knowledge of website CMS platforms such as WordPress is preferred.
