Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO & SEM Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing effective Google Ads campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI and driving conversions. You will be responsible for overseeing our Google advertising strategy, from conception to execution and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads
Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and SEO initiatives
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
Manage a substantial advertising budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
Monitor and report on campaign results, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features and best practices
Collaborate with other marketing team members to align Google Ads strategies with overall marketing goals
Ensure all Google advertising initiatives align with brand messaging and company objectives
Job Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Google Ads Specialist or similar role
Solid understanding and experience with Google Ads (including search, display, and YouTube)
Experience managing $30,000 - $50,000 advertising budget with a focus on delivering 4-5x ROAS
Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and other relevant tools
Ability to translate complex data into actionable campaign improvements
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
At least 2 years of professional working experience in Google Ads or PPC advertising
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
Fully Onsite - no hybrid working arrangements
