About the Team:
SEO (Growth & Content) help scale our organic acquisition through a mix of strong, creative SEO fundamentals and a hands-on experimentation mindset. You’ll work closely with online marketing team lead and work across content, technical SEO, and authority-building initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve discoverability, capture high-intent demand, and deliver measurable organic growth.
Job Description:
- SEO Growth Execution: Drive on-page, technical, and content SEO initiatives across key page types (PDP, shop, blog, campaign microsites) to improve organic visibility and acquisition.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Build and maintain SEO dashboards (GSC/GA and tool outputs) to track rankings, impressions, CTR, sessions, and engagement; translate trends into clear actions.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Identify performance gaps (indexing, crawlability, cannibalization, content decay, CTR drop) and propose prioritized fixes with expected impact.
- Technical SEO & QA: Run audits (e.g., Screaming Frog, GSC) and partner with Product/Engineering to implement and QA changes to architecture, internal linking, schema, and page performance.
- Content Strategy & Production: Conduct keyword research and topic clustering; write/QA briefs, coordinate with writers/design, and ensure content is published with strong search intent fit.
- Content Refresh Program: Improve existing content through refresh/consolidation/pruning to sustain performance and keep pages aligned with evolving user intent.
- Authority Building Support: Support brand-safe authority initiatives (content assets, partnerships, editorial outreach) and track link quality and impact.
- Cross-Functional Project Ownership: Own SEO projects end-to-end—set timelines, align stakeholders, unblock execution, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years in SEO / content growth / organic acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end content workflow (keyword, brief, writers, QA, publish, optimize).
- Practical experience with GA/GA4, GSC, and SEO tools (GA, GSC, Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Moz, GBM, etc.).
- Strong SEO fundamentals (on-page, technical, off-page) with good prioritization.
- Data-driven problem solving with strong spreadsheets skills, turning insights into actions and tests.
- Strong knowledge of Google ranking systems and update patterns; able to translate changes into practical actions and rapid experiments to maintain and grow organic performance.
- Solid project ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong Thai communication; working English proficiency for regional collaboration.
- Plus: able to use n8n (or similar) to automate content workflow and reporting.
