Job Overview

Dasher Service Centre specialising in the after sales support and repair of products such as robot vacuums, air purifiers, and other smart home appliances.

The Service Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service centre, ensuring smooth coordination between the front desk, technical, inventory, and logistics teams.

This role requires strong organisational and leadership skills to maintain service efficiency, uphold SOP compliance, and support continuous improvement across the team.

Candidates with a technical background or experience in electrical appliances repair will have an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily Service Centre operations, ensuring effective coordination between front desk, repair technicians, inventory, and dispatch teams

  2. Supervise and support the service team, ensuring workflow efficiency, timely service delivery, and adherence to company SOPs

  3. Manage inventory control and forecasting, including spare parts planning, stock tracking, and replenishment coordination

  4. Monitor service quality and turnaround time, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth after sales support

  5. Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management review and assist in implementing process improvements


Job Requirements

  1. Solid experience in Service Centre, After Sales, or operations supervision

  2. Technical knowledge of home appliances (robot vacuums, air purifiers, etc.) is a PLUS

  3. Goodcommunicationskillsandabilitytomanageasmallteam

  4. Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills

  5. Hands on, proactive, and able to work independently


Who’s There to Support You?

You will be supported by various in house teams to ensure smooth operations and effective execution. Our Warehouse Team assists with shipment coordination, while the Customer Service (Live Agents) Team handles customer enquiries and after sales support in real time.

You will also work closely with our Brand's Person in Charge, who provide direction on product strategy, campaign planning, and brand-specific initiatives

Cross department collaboration is highly encouraged, you may also take part in internal training sessions, market analysis discussions, and sales challenges. Active participation in brainstorming sessions and team meetings is expected as part of your role.
