Description
- Import and Export Permit declarations and tracking of General Cargoes and eCommerce Goods that are importing into and exporting from Singapore;
- Truck Dock booking inside SATS and DNATA and clearance of Air cargoes directly from Air Freight Terminal;
- Liaise with customs officials, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments;
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all import and export activities;
- Provide customer service support and communicate with China clients in Mandarin;
- Provide customer service support to Singaporean clients in English.
- Ensure timely update of all inbound Flights and Sea Vessels arrival so that the operations team can efficiently clear all inbound Air and Sea shipments;
- Support the logistics sales and operations team as well as Customer Service Team in achieving key performance metrics and objectives;
