The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:

• Drive seller adoption of key projects, main tasks include: 
- Understand current performance from various angles (e.g., by time period, by cluster/category, by seller type, by streaming metrics, etc.)
- Analyze relevant data and set reasonable targets for different seller groups
- Build up relevant trackers and dashboards to monitor actual performance and gap to target
- Understand potential pain points and brainstorm solutions to close gap and ensure target achievement
- Compile resources and communication plans (to both internal BD teams and external sellers) to facilitate adoption
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (incl. BD, MKT, BI, Ops, ...) to ensure execution excellence in driving project success
• Prepare high-quality materials for executive presentation on project status/results update 

Requirements:

3) Ability to structure presentation slides in logical and structured manner
4) Adaptable with ambiguous information
5) Able to influence and collaborate with management in cross-functional teams
6) Ability to work independently and productively under ambiguous, fast-paced working environment
