About the Team:
The Shopee Content Business Development team drives the strategic growth of Shopee Livestream by building scalable programs and high-impact platform initiatives. We sit at the intersection of commercial strategy, seller performance, and customer experience—translating business goals into actionable programs that accelerate ecosystem growth.
As a Programs & Initiatives Associate, you will lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of key initiatives that shape Shopee Livestream’s growth trajectory. This role combines structured program management, data-driven commercial thinking, and strong cross-functional collaboration to uplift seller performance, enhance user engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Job Description:
- Lead strategic programs to support top platform priorities — from conceptualisation and business case development to execution and performance tracking
- Identify growth opportunities for Shopee Live and propose actionable, data-backed strategies to drive sales and improve performance metrics
- Monitor campaign performance and sales trends, deriving key insights for future business planning and initiative design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, key account managers) to align on objectives, ensure seamless delivery, and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to enhance Shopee Live’s positioning and inform go-to-market strategies
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and analytical models to track progress against KPIs and support data-driven decision-making
- Prepare regular business reviews and communicate key findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Continuously improve internal processes and tools, driving efficiency and scalability in program execution and performance analytics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent project management capabilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience working cross-functionally is a plus
- Prior experience in e-commerce, consulting, or program management is a bonus
