About the Team:
Strategic Planning and Analytics (SP&A) is the Group President’s Strategy Office, supporting him and the rest of the top leadership in driving strategic initiatives across e-commerce, consumer lending, and digital banking businesses. We focus on unlocking growth opportunities and improving operational efficiency while driving transparency and alignment among top leaders in the organisation.
Job Description:
- Lead high-impact growth analyses and business cases for priority markets and new market entry.
- Identify and size growth levers (acquisition, retention, monetisation, partnerships); prioritise by impact vs. effort and drive alignment.
- Partner with Product, Data, Marketing, Ops, and Finance to execute growth initiatives (e.g., segmentation rollout, retention/share-of-wallet programs).
- Build key growth models and forecasts (e.g., CLV by segment, cohort retention, ROI/spend efficiency) to guide investment decisions.
- Work with Product and Data to deliver growth-enabling solutions, including AI use cases (e.g., churn prediction, personalisation, next-best-action).
- Produce executive-ready narratives and decks for C-suite/board and run business reviews with KPI tracking and performance insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of full-time strategy working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
- Experienced in growth strategy.
- Proven track record in complex problem-solving using quantitative and qualitative techniques, plus a genuine curiosity to get to the root causes of problems.
- Clear, structured communicator with stakeholder and project management experience.
- Self-starter comfortable with pace and ambiguity; high ownership and bias for action.
