Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute the organisation’s digital marketing and communications strategy, aligning with overall business objectives to drive brand awareness, visitor engagement and ticket sales for the attraction.
Drive digital revenue growth and direct conversions by optimising digital channels including email marketing, paid media, search engine optimisation, search engine marketing, programmatic advertising, social media platforms, website user experience, and marketing funnels to support ticket sales, packages, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and optimise marketing performance by establishing performance frameworks, analysing campaign analytics, website metrics and guest data to generate insights that improve campaign effectiveness, conversion rates and return on investment.
Manage and grow the organisation’s social media presence, including content planning, campaign execution, community engagement and performance tracking across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu and emerging digital channels.
Lead the development and management of digital and marketing communications content, including website copy, social media content, press releases, eDMs, advertising materials and marketing collateral to support campaigns, product launches, trade shows and promotional events.
Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing communications across all platforms and touchpoints.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, including adherence to PDPA and internal digital governance policies across all digital marketing initiatives.
Keep abreast of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies and industry best practices, proactively recommending new platforms, tools and innovations to enhance digital engagement, visitor experience and marketing effectiveness.
Manage media relations and public communications, including responding to media enquiries, coordinating media interviews and supporting the Director in issues and crisis management when required.
Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activations and media events, ensuring effective coordination across internal teams and external vendors.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the organisation.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, online advertising, email marketing, influencer engagement, website content management or related areas, preferably within the tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, attractions, or media agency sectors.
Demonstrated experience in performance marketing and marketing analytics, with a strong ability to interpret data, monitor campaign performance, and optimise marketing initiatives to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Strong working knowledge of website management systems, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms to support digital campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling content and collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners and media stakeholders.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with image and video editing tools will be an advantage.
