Description

Looking for a highly motivated, creative and detailed oriented individual, who can work both independently and as part of a team. A key role within the Marketing team, responsible for developing and delivering strategic digital marketing campaigns, to drive lead generation and increase conversions in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities - Digital Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns across major platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and other relevant digital channels.

  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to maximise performance and ROI.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using platform analytics and reporting tools, identifying trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, leads and conversions.

  • Continuously optimise digital marketing campaigns by refining ad creatives, targeting strategies, platform mix, and spend allocation to maximise overall ROI and effectiveness.

  • Prepare and deliver regular performance and analytics reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.

  • Manage multiple Xiaohongshu (XHS) accounts for brands under the group, overseeing content publishing coordination, paid ad setup and optimisation, budget management, DM responses, engagement monitoring and performance tracking.

  • Work closely with internal teams to align paid digital marketing efforts with overall brand strategies, campaigns, promotions, and events to meet business objectives.

  • Assist with SEO implementation to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to company websites.

  • Support website and mobile app management, including content updates, tracking implementation, and basic performance monitoring.

Requirement:

  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns and budgets across multiple digital marketing platforms; hands-on experience in campaign setup, execution, and optimisation is an advantage.

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, project, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written), with strong editorial and copywriting skills

  • Possesses strong interpersonal and leadership skills; a proactive team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and above to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.

  • Highly self-motivated, creative, and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
