About the Role
Theresa Holdings is looking for a driven and proactive Social Commerce & Community Executive to support the growth of our beauty and aesthetic brands across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.
This role combines social commerce operations, community management, influencer coordination, and content support. You will play a key role in growing our TikTok Shop ecosystem, managing online communities, coordinating creators and livestreamers, and supporting lead generation efforts through social media engagement.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, social media-savvy, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced content-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Commerce & TikTok Shop Management
Manage daily TikTok Shop operations including product listings, campaign support, and order coordination
Upload and optimise TikTok Shop product listings and shoppable content
Coordinate livestream schedules with external streamers and internal teams
Support and occasionally host internal livestream sessions when required
Monitor TikTok Shop trends, creator campaigns, and platform opportunities
Influencer & Creator Management
Source and outreach to potential influencers, affiliates, livestreamers, and content creators
Coordinate product seeding and barter collaborations
Manage influencer communications, bookings, appointments, and campaign follow-ups
Track creator performance and maintain influencer databases
Build and maintain strong creator relationships
Community Management & Lead Engagement
Reply to messages, comments, and enquiries across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social platforms
Engage with online communities in a timely and professional manner
Support lead nurturing and appointment booking processes from social media enquiries
Escalate high-intent leads to relevant departments when required
Monitor community sentiment and flag potential issues promptly
Content & Social Media Support
Coordinate with internal creative team for social media content requirements
Assist in planning and executing TikTok-first content ideas and trend-based campaigns
Create simple social media posts, captions, TikTok Shop videos, and basic creatives when required
Support ad-hoc event coverage and behind-the-scenes content creation
Stay updated on trending TikTok and Instagram content formats
Reporting & Operations
Maintain proper tracking of creator campaigns, livestream schedules, and social media activities
Prepare simple reports on creator performance, engagement, and campaign outcomes
Support ad-hoc marketing and operational duties when required
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
1–3 years of experience in social media, TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, community management, or related roles
Familiarity with TikTok Shop and short-form social media platforms
Strong communication and coordination skills
Comfortable appearing on camera or supporting livestreams when required
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, TikTok editing tools, or simple content creation tools is a plus
Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Interest in beauty, aesthetics, lifestyle, or wellness industries is advantageous
