JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Brand & Creative Communications Designer to join our studio. This is a multi-disciplinary role for a designer who understands how to translate high-end spatial design into compelling visual narratives. You will work across the full spectrum of the studio’s output—supporting our designers on external client projects, developing sophisticated pitch decks, and managing the studio’s own brand presence. A key part of this role involves curating and creating our social media content, ensuring that Frezhman’s digital footprint is as polished and impactful as the physical spaces we create.
MAIN DUTIES
Project-Based Brand Design
Support the creative team on external client projects by developing 2D brand assets, environmental graphics, and visual presentations
Studio Communications & Pitching
Design high-quality credentials, case studies, and pitch decks that showcase our expertise to prospective global clients
Social Media & Content Creation
Own the end-to-end creation of social media posts (approx. 2 posts per week). This includes capturing BTS footage, editing project reveals, and writing captions that align with Frezhman’s premium tone
Creative Assets & Artworking
Produce polished "Final Artwork" for digital and print use, ensuring every output meets our high standards of typography and layout
Brand Guardianship
Ensure a consistent and elevated brand identity across all platforms, from internal templates to external marketing collateral
Trend & AI Integration
Explore and implement new formats, trends, and AI-assisted tools to keep the studio’s visual communication at the cutting edge
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
- 1 to 4 years of experience in a design agency or brand-led environment
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) with a strong portfolio of graphic design and brand work
- A sophisticated eye for layout, composition, and visual storytelling—specifically within the luxury or lifestyle sectors
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and professionally
- Experience in short-form video (Reels/TikTok) and a proactive approach to social media as a brand-building tool
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or visual exploration is a significant advantage
- Proactive and independent, with the ability to manage multiple project-based tasks alongside the studio’s own marketing needs.
