We are seeking a high-octane, creative Social Media & Brand Strategist to spearhead our digital presence. In this role, you will own our social media ecosystem from end-to-end—crafting holistic strategies that amplify brand reach, spark engagement, and drive high-quality traffic.

Your Responsibilities
Strategic Content Leadership: Architect and deploy multi-platform strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and Xiao Hong Shu.
Creative Copywriting: Lead the narrative by curating snappy, witty, and high-conversion captions that maintain our signature brand voice across all channels.
Visual Narrative: Partner on high-impact visuals and utilize Canva to produce both social-first assets and professional brand collateral.
Community Cultivation: Build and sustain a loyal digital community through proactive engagement. You’ll handle inquiries and interactions with a professional, brand-aligned touch.
Influencer Partnerships: Scout and scale long-term collaborations with key creators using data-backed research to ensure brand fit.
Growth Analytics: Monitor platform performance and ad spend to generate actionable insights, optimizing for both brand awareness and lead generation.
Business Integration: Seamlessly align marketing workflows with our core financial operations to ensure consistent brand growth.

What We’re Looking For
Education: A Diploma (Local poly) or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, or a related field.
Platform Mastery: A deep, intuitive understanding of the algorithms and trends on TikTok, IG, and Xiao Hong Shu.
Tech Stack: Proficiency in Canva, Excel, and Google Workspace.
Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and capable of juggling multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
