Our Client, a local hobby and tabletop gaming store in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Social Media & Community Associate.
You will be responsible for managing social media content and WhatsApp communities while supporting retail activities and creating a seamless online-to-offline customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Create engaging short-form videos and photos featuring retail products.
Monitor social media trends and identify relevant local content opportunities.
Manage and grow WhatsApp communities, responding to enquiries and providing product recommendations, stock updates and promotions.
Drive engagement and sales through exclusive product launches, flash deals and community campaigns.
Support retail operations during peak periods and special events while gathering customer feedback.
Ensure a seamless online-to-offline (O2O) customer experience and support ad hoc activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in any field.
Proficient in Canva, CapCut or similar mobile editing tools.
Familiar with WhatsApp Business.
Creative, proactive and comfortable interacting with customers both online and face-to-face.

Location: Commonwealth
Working Days/Hours: 5 days, includes 1 weekend / 2pm - 10pm, 12pm - 10pm, 11am - 7pm
Salary: $2,500 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
