An established Singapore-based organization is seeking a Social Media & Community Executive to strengthen its digital presence, grow an engaged online community, and amplify brand storytelling across key social platforms.
This role is ideal for someone creative, proactive, and digitally savvy — who enjoys content creation, community building, and staying ahead of trends in technology and education.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning ideas into engaging content that drives real impact, this role offers strong exposure and growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and produce engaging content across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, and YouTube.
Create a mix of infographics, short-form videos, reels, static posts, and live content that balances education with storytelling.
Develop and pitch creative community engagement initiatives, including collaborations, campaigns, and events to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Identify and showcase human-interest stories such as learner success journeys and industry thought leadership to build credibility and trust.
Conduct interviews, testimonials, and on-the-go content capture (photo/video/live sessions) with stakeholders and community members.
Engage actively with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build meaningful relationships.
Monitor performance metrics using analytics tools and generate insights to optimize content strategies.
Stay updated on local and global trends in education, AI, technology, and social media to ensure brand relevance and discoverability.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management, community engagement, or content creation. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.
Proven ability to create engaging content across platforms (portfolio required).
Familiarity with social analytics and content tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar).
Comfortable with filming and basic video editing (e.g., CapCut or similar tools).
Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with diverse audiences both online and offline.
Trend-aware, creative, and proactive with a strong interest in education, technology, and digital innovation.
