• Working hours: 5 days rostered work week (inclusive of 1 weekend), 8-10 hrs per day, arranged by manager.

• Working timings: Monday to Friday (2pm to 10pm), Saturday (12pm to 10pm), Sunday (11am to 7pm)

Job Scope Summary

• Manage and execute social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.

• Create engaging photos, videos, and short-form content to promote retail products and campaigns.

• Plan and maintain the social media content calendar.

• Manage WhatsApp Business communities and broadcast groups.

• Respond to customer enquiries, provide product recommendations, and share stock updates.

• Drive customer engagement and sales through exclusive promotions and flash deals.

• Monitor social media trends and propose relevant content ideas.

• Support retail operations during peak periods, promotions, and events.

• Gather customer feedback from both online and in-store interactions.

• Ensure a seamless online-to-offline (O2O) customer experience.

• Work closely with the retail team to support marketing campaigns and brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any fields

• Proficient in Canva, CapCut (or similar mobile editing tools), and WhatsApp Business.
