As a Social Media & Digital Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Creating and scheduling engaging content for the company website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), including short videos, product beauty shots, emails & advertisements i.e. banners and web graphics.
Supports development and execution of social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Assist in managing online sales activities such as preparing quotations and invoices, responding to enquiries, providing after-sales service, maintaining e-commerce platforms as well as participating in sales campaigns.
Collaborating with SEO & SEM teams and provide suggestion on improvements regarding content creation and web interfaces.
Tracking, analyzing and reporting on social media performance metrics.
Ensuring timely community management such as monitoring comments & messages, engaging with followers and encouraging user-generated content.
Uphold brand image across all communication channels and supports the preparation of product catalogues & technical specifications for new products.
Requirements:
Min NITEC qualification in Arts &Design, Visual Communications, Marketing or equivalent course.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing & Adobe Photoshop for photo editing.
Prior experience in social media marketing is advantageous.
