About the role
Reporting to the Project Lead, this is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic marketing team at Global Innovation Education Group as a Social Media Executive. In this full-time role based in our Shenton Way office, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies to promote our innovative educational products and services across key platforms.
What you'll be doing
Crafting compelling social media content and campaigns to drive brand awareness and audience engagement
Managing the company's presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
Monitoring and analysing social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise strategies
Collaborating with the wider marketing team to ensure social media activities are aligned with broader marketing initiatives
Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to enhance our digital presence
Communicating with customers and followers, responding to inquiries and building relationships
What we're looking for
1-2 years' experience in a social media marketing or digital marketing role
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and how to leverage them effectively
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to develop visually appealing posts
Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social or Buffer
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse social media analytics and optimise strategies
Creativity and a keen eye for design, with the ability to create or source engaging visuals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the wider team
