Job Responsibilities
Strategy & Content Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and Xiao Hong Shu.
Content Creation: Drive content planning and curation. Develop snappy, witty, and engaging captions tailored to different platforms while maintaining a consistent brand tone.
Visual Aesthetics: Collaborate on high-performing visuals and use Canva to support both social assets and administrative brand visuals.
Community Building: Grow and nurture an engaged community through meaningful interactions. Manage post-engagement and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Influencer Relations: Identify, evaluate, and build long-term collaborations with relevant creators through data-driven research.
Performance Tracking: Use platform analytics to optimize content and paid media, providing actionable insights for growth and lead generation.
Workflow Integration: Prioritize tasks effectively to bridge the gap between digital marketing and our core financial operations.

Requirements
Education: Diploma/Degree (Creative, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines).
Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Xiao Hong Shu trends and tools.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Canva, Excel, and Google Workspace.
