About the role
Pengran Technology Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Social Media Growth Operations Specialist to build brand presence and audience growth across X, Instagram and Xiaohongshu.
Key responsibilities
Manage daily content planning, publishing and community engagement across social media channels.
Develop and test content-growth strategies that improve reach, engagement and qualified audience growth.
Create original posts, short-form video concepts and community interactions aligned with the company brand.
Monitor platform trends, audience feedback and campaign performance; translate findings into practical improvements.
Track relevant AI, technology and financial-market topics and develop timely, responsible content angles.
Support the development of overseas user communities and feedback loops with the product team.
About you
Familiarity with operating social media platforms such as X, Instagram and Xiaohongshu.
Experience in social media growth, content operations, digital marketing or related work.
Strong written communication skills; the ability to create English-language content is an advantage.
Interest in AI, technology, finance or investment-research products.
A data-informed mindset, sound judgement and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
