Job Description
Social Media Operations Intern
Location: Ubi Techpark
Job Type: Internship (Tuesday + Wednesday/ Friday + Saturday, 12pm-6pm) 4 DAYS
Duration: 3 Months
Start Date: August/September
Key Responsibilities:
- Livestream Support: Assist with the technical and operational aspects of livestreams, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting during events.
- Social Media Management: Help manage and schedule content across platforms (TikTok).
- Audience Engagement: Interact with followers and community members during live events and posts, ensuring a positive and active digital presence.
- Content Creation: Assist in brainstorming and creating engaging social media content
- Event Coordination: Work with the team to assist in planning and executing livestream events, including promotions and content planning.
- Collaborate: Work closely with staff to ensure smooth operation during live events.
- Other ad-hoc light duties as required
What You’ll Gain:

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for digital content and online communities.
- Prior internship or experience in social media or digital content would be preferred.
- Experience with related scopes or education (Diploma) in a related field is a plus.
