About the role
Tassets Training Group is seeking a full-time Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant marketing team in Queenstown, Central Region. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for creating and executing engaging social media content across our company's digital channels, helping to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to promote Tassets Training Group's products and services
Create visually appealing and on-brand social media content, including posts, images, videos and stories
Monitor and analyse social media performance, reporting on key metrics and making data-driven recommendations
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages and queries in a timely and professional manner
Support the execution of social media advertising campaigns and monitor their performance
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, sales and product teams
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar digital marketing role
Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms and best practices
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
Keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and innovations
Diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred
