We are seeking a Social Media Strategies & Brand Senior Executive to drive the brand presence of PHS HAIRSCIENCE through strategic branding initiatives and impactful social media campaigns. This role is ideal for a creative, results-driven marketer with a passion for beauty, haircare, and wellness. You will be responsible for shaping our brand story, engaging our online community, and ensuring all marketing activities reflect our premium positioning in the market.
This position requires both creative vision and analytical skills, with a strong ability to translate brand strategy into campaigns that enhance awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
1. Branding & Brand Management
Develop and implement branding strategies that align with company objectives.
Ensure all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications reflect consistent brand voice, tone, and identity.
Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned assets (visuals, videos, packaging designs, POSM).
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and brand differentiation.
2. Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and manage a social media calendar aligned with campaign launches, product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand storytelling.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc).
Drive community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
Collaborate with influencers, partners, and collaborators for brand campaigns.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns; monitor performance and ROI.
3. Content Creation & Coordination
Conceptualise and produce compelling content for social media captions, ads, and brand communications.
Ensure content is SEO- and algorithm-friendly while maintaining premium brand appeal.
Work with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce creative content.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign KPIs (engagement rate, reach, conversions, follower growth) and prepare monthly performance reports.
Use analytics insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Conduct social listening to monitor brand sentiment and customer feedback.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Retail Operations, E-Commerce, and Customer Service teams to ensure brand campaigns align with overall business goals and drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
Support events, trade shows, retail activations, and product launches
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in branding and social media management, preferably in beauty, haircare, skincare, or lifestyle industries.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
Creative storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with influencer marketing and paid ads is a plus.
Basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut)
