Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage key customer accounts by identifying business opportunities and providing tailored solar and electrical solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations while coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Monitor sales pipelines, market trends, and competitor activities to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

• Provide professional pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development within the electrical, electronics, renewable energy, or related industries.

• Good understanding of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, electrical products, or energy solutions is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
